B2B WorkHub ("we") provides back-office services to businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data and work files under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data we collect
Contact details you enter in forms or chat, such as your name, store/company name, phone, email, LINE ID and store link.
Customer account and invoicing details, the work files you send us, payment slips, and necessary technical data such as IP address and essential cookies.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to contact you, prepare quotes, deliver contracted services, issue accounting documents, keep our systems secure and improve service quality.
Our legal bases are contract performance or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
3. Customer files and work data
Files you send are used only to perform the work you ordered. They are stored in systems that check permission on every access and are never published as public files.
Team members only access work assigned to them and may not take data outside our systems.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by third-party service providers needed to run the service (such as hosting and data processing) under data-protection agreements. Otherwise we disclose it only when required by law.
5. Team and NDA
Every team member with access to customer work signs a non-disclosure agreement and works through a personal account with access logging.
6. Retention
Contact data is kept for the duration of our business relationship. Work files are deleted within 90 days after a job closes unless agreed otherwise. Accounting records are kept as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data portability, or withdraw consent, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
8. Security and cookies
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access control and access logging. This site uses only essential cookies, such as language, theme, sign-in and chat.
