These terms apply when you ("the customer") engage B2B WorkHub ("we") to perform back-office work for your business. Job-specific details follow the quote you accept.
1. Scope
We perform the task type, package, quantity and deadline stated in the quote. Work outside that scope, or scope changes after work starts, is a new job quoted separately.
2. Quotes and confirmation
Work starts once you accept the quote and pay as agreed. The unit price in your quote is fixed for that job, even if package prices on the website change later.
3. Payment
Fixed price: a deposit at the percentage stated in the quote before work starts, and the balance after acceptance, before the full files are released.
Hourly: paid in full upfront. Hours expire as stated and are billed by actual work time, rounded up to the minute. You can review and dispute the time log.
4. Customer data
You confirm you have the right to use the data, text and images you send us. Incomplete or late data may push the deadline back.
5. Delivery and acceptance
We deliver through our system. You review within the period stated in the quote; if we hear nothing within that period, the work is deemed accepted.
6. Revisions and guarantee
Every item is checked by our team. You may request one revision round (or as stated in the quote), free of charge, for items that don't match your source data or the package criteria.
We do not guarantee sales, search ranking or approval by the destination platform.
7. Cancellation
Before work starts: the deposit is refunded less costs actually incurred. During work: fees are charged in proportion to the work completed.
8. Confidentiality
We keep customer data confidential. Every team member signs an NDA, and personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
Delivered work belongs to the customer once the service fee is paid in full.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any job does not exceed the fee paid for that job.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
