Can you work from supplier files in different formats?

Yes — send what you have, whether Excel, PDF or web links, and the team enters everything into the same columns.

Can you enter it straight into our system?

We normally deliver an import file. If the data has to be keyed into your own system, mention it and we'll quote it as hourly work.

What if a price in the source is unclear?

We leave it blank with a note rather than entering a number, so you can see what needs confirming at a glance.
