Do I need product photos?
Image links in your file are enough — the team uses them when writing. If you also need the images renamed or resized, add our bulk image service.
Do you upload to my store?
We deliver mass-upload files for each marketplace. If you'd like our team to upload them too, mention it in your request and we'll include it in the quote.
What's the difference between Basic and Premium?
Basic covers title, description, keywords and category. Premium adds sales copy, feature bullet points and English titles and descriptions — a good fit for higher-priced products or cross-border stores.
What if my source data is incomplete?
We never guess. Missing fields are left blank with a note for you to fill in, or you can send more details while the job is running.
